Not all items apply to every system type. Services are performed based on:

• Equipment type (gas furnace, heat pump, air handler, etc.)
• System configuration
• Seasonal operation (heating vs. cooling)
• Manufacturer requirements
   

Your ThermaCool technician will complete all applicable procedures relevant to your system during each visit.

• Inspect and clean outdoor condenser coil 
• Check refrigerant levels and pressures
• Test capacitor (verify µF within manufacturer specification)
• Inspect contactor and electrical connections
• Clean and inspect indoor evaporator coil (as accessible)
• Flush condensate drain line
• Inspect blower components
• Verify thermostat calibration
• Inspect ductwork for visible leaks

• Inspect heat exchanger (visual inspection) 
• Test ignition system (gas furnaces only)
• Clean flame sensor (gas furnaces only)
• Measure gas pressure (if applicable)
• Check carbon monoxide levels (combustion systems only)
• Inspect electric heat strips (heat pump/air handler systems)
• Test safety controls and limit switches
• Inspect venting and flue pipe (gas systems only)

• Tighten electrical connections 
• Inspect wiring condition
• Test system startup and shutdown cycles
• Measure voltage and amp draw
• Inspect disconnect and breakers
• Verify safety switches

• Inspect filter condition 
• Inspect blower motor performance
• Measure temperature split
• Check static pressure (if required)
• Inspect return and supply airflow
