Born and raised in Venezuela, Luis developed a strong work ethic and a passion for problem-solving early in life. Fascinated by mechanical systems, he pursued a career in HVAC, learning the intricacies of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. His dedication to mastering his craft led him to seek new opportunities beyond his homeland.

Luis moved to the United States, determined to build a better future. He worked tirelessly, honing his skills in HVAC service while adapting to a new culture and language. Through perseverance and unwavering commitment, he earned his diploma in management, became an industrial engineer with a post-graduate degree in thermomechanical systems, and last but not least, achieved his American citizenship — his proudest milestone that symbolizes his resilience and determination.

Armed with expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit, Luis took a bold step and founded his own HVAC company — ThermaCool. From the ground up, he built a business that prioritizes quality service, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

His journey from an aspiring technician in Venezuela to a proud American entrepreneur stands as a testament to hard work, perseverance, and the pursuit of his dreams.

Born in Virginia and raised between Philadelphia and Chesterfield, Eric always had a knack for problem-solving, innovation and working with computers.

He started his career in Information Technology. Eventually, his journey took a major turn when he moved across the country to San Diego California, where he continued to refine his Information Technology skills - a discipline that would shape the next phase of his life.

Seeking to deepen his expertise, Eric returned back to Richmond, where he earned a degree in cybersecurity. Though he excelled in the corporate world, he soon realized that the structured monotony of office life left him yearning for something more — something hands-on and tangible.

It was then that Eric decided to take a bold leap, shifting gears entirely to learn everything about HVAC services. Inspired by his partner Luis’s dream of starting ThermaCool, Eric saw an opportunity to build something meaningful. Armed with his technical skills, communication and an understanding of HVAC systems, he dove headfirst into mastering the craft; helping bring Luis's vision to life. Together, they combined their expertise to create a business built on quality, reliability, and a commitment to excellence and knowledge.
