SMS/Text Messaging Terms

ThermaCool, LLC may send SMS/text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in to receive messages. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service updates, estimate follow-ups, customer care messages, and occasional promotional offers related to HVAC services.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

SMS Message Frequency and Rates

If you have opted in to receive text messages from ThermaCool LLC, message frequency will vary based on your service activity and preferences — typically 1–4 messages per month for service-related communications and up to 4 messages per month for promotional messages. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ThermaCool LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
